Christmas 2015 Terms and Conditions

  1. The Nerang Mall “Like us on Facebook to Win” promotion (“Promotion”) starts at 9:00am (AEST) on Monday 7 December 2015 and concludes at 10.00am (AEST) Monday 21 December 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
  2. The promoter of the Promotion is LaSalle Investment Management Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 149468253 (“Promoter”) care of Nerang Mall Shopping Centre located Cnr Gilston Road & New Street, Nerang Queensland (“Nerang Mall”).
  3. Information on how to enter the Promotion and information on prizes which may be mentioned anywhere in messages, advertisements, signs or posters in the Shopping Centre or elsewhere (“Promotion Information”) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or varied by the Promoter at any time in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. Any amendments will posted on the Promoter’s Website and it is the responsibility of each person entering the Promotion or using the Website to ensure that they review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with changes.
  5. Entry into the Promotion is only open to Queensland residents (within Australia), aged 16 years or over.
  6. To enter, entrants must “Like” the Nerang Mall official Facebook page and subscribe to the Promoters database.
  7. There are ten (10) prizes to be won.  Each of the ten (10) prizes consists of: (1) $50 Nerang Mall Gift Voucher (“Prize”). The total Promotion Prize Pool value is $500.
  8. No entrant will win more than one prize.
  9. The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind.
  10. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
  11. The winner(s) of the prizes will be the first two randomly selected subscribers at each of the scheduled draws at 11.00am (AEST) on 9/12/15, 11/12/15, 14/12/15, 17/12/15 & 21/12/15.
  12. The winners must provide suitable identification to the promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize. The winner must collect the prize from the Nerang Mall Centre Management office.
  13. The winners will be notified by telephone or by email and announced on the Nerang Mall Facebook Page.
  14. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility to persons, entrants, subscribers or winners for online or other fees, costs or charges associated with entering the Promotion.
  15. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Winners by telephone or otherwise.  If the Promoter is unable to make contact with the Winner(s) within two weeks from the date of the draw, or if the Winner(s) fail to claim their Prize within 1 month from the date of the draw, then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will draw an alternative Winner and attempt to make contact with that person for collection of the Prize.  The Promoter will continue this in this fashion until a Winner has been notified and has collected their Prize.
  16. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage whatsoever (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any injury to a person or their property that may arise in any way from the participation in or the conduct of the Promotion.
  17. Entrants, Subscribers and Winners in/of the Promotion agree to indemnify the Promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter by reason of any loss, damage or injury by the Promoter arising out of this promotion.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved
  19. The Promoter (including related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with the Prize.
  20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
  21. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
  22. The Promoters decision is final and binding on all entrants and the Winner. No person will object to the Promoter’s decision in any way whatsoever and the Promoter will not take responsibility for any substitutions or variations of the Prize.
  23. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network lines, computers, online computer systems, servers, providers, equipment, software, traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination therefore, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading materials in this promotion.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right to collect and use personal information provided by Entrants, Subscribers and Winners for the purpose of carrying out this Promotion.
  25. If an Entrant, Subscriber or Winner does not provide the information requested, the Promoter may in its sole and absolute discretion, void any entry for entitlement to claim a Prize for that particular person.
  26. Each Entrants, Subscribers and/or Winner’s personal information may be passed to relevant regulatory bodies, the police or other authorities in the course of any investigation of any complaints or suspected unlawful activity.
  27. The Promoter may use personal information provided by any person to send publications or other Promotional material.  The Promoter may supply the personal information to contractors which assist the Promoter to do this, to organisations which provide special prizes or offers and which are associated with the Promotion and to selected approved organisations which may use it to inform Entrants, Subscribers or Winners about other products, services or events.
  28. The Promoter may use the winners personal information in any media for publicity purposes associated with the Promotion without any further payment or other form of compensation unless the Winner otherwise notifies the Promoter not to use their personal information in such a manner.
  29. If an Entrant, Subscriber or Winner prefers that the Promoter does not use and/or retain their details, they must contact the Promoter.
  30. Any Entrants, Subscribers or Winners have a right to access most personal information, which the Promoter holds.  The Promoter may deny a request for access in some circumstances. If the Promoter does this, it will be required to explain why. If at any time an Entrants, Subscribers or Winners details change or they require access to the personal information, the Promoter may be contacted.
